Brussels, Belgium

We only stay in Belgium for a night. For such a short time, we decided to at least try some Belgian waffles, chocolates and fries. They were so tasty and the beers are amazing too! The next morning, we took the coach bus to head to our next stop: Paris. Have a great weekend everyday, see you next month!!

Zaanse Schans, Netherlands

So continue with our journey in Europe; after a day walking around in the city, we headed to the windmill village just outside Amsterdam (around 20min train ride).  Zaanse Schans is a village packed with windmills, traditional crafts stores and museums. We enjoyed the special scenery and the countryside of Netherlands very much. I was so surprised to see the collies again from my last visit two years ago :) We tried the traditional pancakes and dutch cheese for lunch and I am in love with them (I am drooling now)!!!! Happy Memorial Day!!

Amsterdam

So I have to admit, we spent a lot of time shopping in Dublin to take advantage of tax free, and didn't have a chance to take more photos of the city. But it's a different story in Amsterdam. After all, much money was gone from Dublin shopping and I really want to show Patrick this beautiful city since my last visit two years ago. We took a whole afternoon walking around the city, seeing the canal, plazas, gardens, flowers, and even visited the Heineken museum.
